In order to design the best product for young women, it was important that we understand who they are and the barriers to sport they face. In partnership with the Adidas Legacy Program, we organized a 2 day summit in NYC, featuring Imani McGee Stafford. We created an environment where young women could express themselves and feel safe to ask questions.
ATHLETE INSIGHTS
After our Legacy Summit in NYC we invited our incredible roster of WNBA Athletes to participate in a co-creation session. With the insights from our consumers in mind, and in groups of 3-4, we created vision boards that would become the framework of our product intent. Centered around identity, belonging and purpose the vision boards serve as a guiding light for design direction.
